Care & Use: 

- Warp-resistant design allows for quick cleanup straight off the stove.

- For best results, use utensils made of silicone, wood, bamboo, or plastic. Avoid metal tools.

- Clean with a soft nylon brush and dish soap. Do not use metal scouring pads.

- To prevent buildup, use Weiman Glass Cooktop Cleaning Paste, Bar Keepers Friend, or baking soda.

Capacity: Although the inside diameters of the 9.5" and 10" pans are only 2 cm apart, the 10" pan is deeper and has a liquid capacity that is 57%   greater.
